4. Preventing pollution through the implementation of procedures and technology that mitigate the impacts on the environment where we operate.
5. Managing the elimination of hazards to reduce risks, achieving safe and healthy work environments for the prevention of incidents, accidents and occupational diseases.
6. Acting preventively on the risks of illicit activities throughout the supply chain.
7. Rejecting and preventing acts of corruption, money laundering, bribery, terrorist financing, acts against food safety and political pressure or contributions.
8. Complying with labor laws, as well as having fair working practices and conditions.
9. Ensuring the participation and consultation of workers on issues related to the quality management system, environment, safety and occupational health. Maintaining communication channels at all levels.
10. Complying with local, national and international legislation and regulations and commitments applicable to our integrated management system focused on: quality, food safety, environment, occupational health and safety, labor compliance, among others related to management systems.
11. The fundamental basis of all our management systems is: the leadership and participation of senior management, the continuous improvement of our processes, the commitment of all our collaborators and active communication with our suppliers.
