Ethics Committee

  • Promotes compliance with the organization's values ​​through the constant creation and review of corporate documents such as ethics codes and manuals.
  • In addition, it is responsible for reviewing and providing solutions to incidents reported anonymously through the reporting channel.
  • It is made up of the General Manager, the Administration and Human Resources Manager, the Legal Manager and the Head of Risk Management and Methods.

Whistleblower channel

  • As part of our corporate culture strengthening program, we aim to involve our employees in compliance with PERÚ FROST values. For this reason, we have created a space through which they themselves can ensure that the principles are not violated and report situations that violate ethics in our operations.
